Rules & Regulations

  • The Children are said to be in the campus 10 minutes before the school bell.
  • Pupils must be punctual for class on every working day. No pupil should abstain himself without obtaining leave previously.
  • If a child is absent for a day, should come to the school with parent and leave letter.
  • For absence of more than three consecutive days a medical certificate should be produced.
  • It is forbidden to write or scribble on the walls, desks etc. throw paper or ink in classroom or in any way damage the school properties . Damage done must be paid according to the discretion of the principal.
  • The school uniform is compulsory on all class days and school functions. Pupil should come to school clean and tidy . Hair and nail should be well - trimmed combed and cut.
  • Pupils are themselves responsible for their own books, pens, cycles, lunch boxes or any other article they may bring to school.
  • Parents are requested not to give any money to their children, unless on written request from the school. It is not allowed to purchase any article of food from unauthorized dealers at or near the school premises.
  • No costly jewellery should be worn, if they are lost, the school is not responsible.
  • Every pupil must take part in school games and other activities unless declared physically unfit or exempted by the principal.
  • Parents are requested to co-operate in the school work by taking daily interest in the progress of their children and enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline.
  • Parents who seek information or who wish to make complaint should do so to the principal and not to the class teacher.
  • Only English should be spoken within school premises .
  • Pupils are not allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without the permission of the principal and gate pass.
  • Progress report will be sent to the parents after every examination. Parents are requested to go through the report carefully and return in 1 day duly signed. The decision by the school authority regarding the promotion of the child is final and will not be reconsidered.
  • No gift to the teacher is allowed.
  • Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, dis-obedience, mis-conduct injurious to the moral tone of the school will justify dismissal.
  • Application for transfer certificate shall be made in written to the principal by the parent or guardian of the pupil.
  • Avoid electronic goods.
  • A delay in payment of fee shall debar a pupil from sitting for any examination
